The Mica Mountain Thunderbolts nipped the visiting Catalina Foothills Falcons basketball squad by a final score of 77-70 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Thunderbolts face the Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, December 12. Mica Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ). The Badgers enter the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
