California High School Basketball - Maywood Academy nips Diego Rivera

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Maywood Academy Nighthawks basketball team scored a close 52-45 triumph over the Diego Rivera Huskies.
The Nighthawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro, CA). The Polar Bears go into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Port of Los Angeles was tipped by Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA), 58-28, in a non-league contest.
