In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Southern Lee Cavaliers basketball team scored a good 52-43 win over the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls.
The Cavaliers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Richmond (Rockingham, NC). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Richmond dropped by Grace Christian (Sanford, NC), 60-56, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Bulls battle the Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. E.E. Smith will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Hawks come into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 55-50 non-league win over South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC).
