In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Fort Lauderdale Flying L's basketball team scored a close 53-51 triumph over the Flanagan Falcons.
The Flying L's (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL). The Golden Tornadoes go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Pompano Beach was tipped by Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, FL), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Coral Glades Jaguars (Coral Springs, FL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Flanagan will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
