Texas High School Basketball - Brackenridge thwarts Long Creek

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX) and the host Long Creek Dragons (New Braunfels, TX), observed Brackenridge's basketball team knock off Long Creek by a count of 63-52.

With the victory, Brackenridge advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Tournament Opponent (, ) to meet the in a non-league match on Friday, December 5. The enter the match with a record of 18-51. Tournament Opponent lost 50-17 in their recent non-league match against Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX)

The Dragons now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falls City for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. Long Creek will meet a Beavers squad coming off a 47-42 non-league win over Luling (Luling, TX). The Beavers record now stands at 2-3.
