The IDEA Sports Park Stingrays nudged the host Veterans Memorial Chargers basketball team by a tally of 51-47 in Thursday's non-league game.

The Stingrays now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hanna for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 4.

The Chargers (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX). The Tarpons go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Port Isabel was edged by San Benito (San Benito, TX), 83-70, in a non-league game.
