In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Trinity Lutheran Saints basketball team scored a close 64-61 triumph over the Riverside Pirates.
The Saints (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR). The Trojans go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Westside Christian Eagles (Lake Oswego, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 5. Riverside will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 97-68 non-league win over St. Mary's (Medford, OR).
