The Wildcats now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Kountze for a non-league game on Thursday, December 4. Brookeland will confront a Lions team coming off a 70-61 non-league loss to Bellaire (Bellaire, TX). The Lions record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Kirbyville falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Anahuac (Anahuac, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 3A Region III District 22 game on Tuesday, December 9. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 5-3. Anahuac won 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Hawkins (Hawkins, TX)
