In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Fredericksburg Billies basketball team scored a good 55-36 triumph over the Reagan Rattlers.
The Billies (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX). The Rangers go into the non-league contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, Smithson Valley topped Taft (San Antonio, TX), 46-38, in a non-league match.
The Rattlers now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churchill for a non-league match on Friday, December 5. Reagan will face a Chargers squad coming off a 43-40 non-league loss to Medina Valley (Castroville, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 2-9.
