Texas High School Basketball - Nimitz routs Pflugerville Connally

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Nimitz Cougars basketball team scored a decisive 61-22 victory over the Pflugerville Connally Cougars.

With the victory, Nimitz upgrades its record to 3-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Bowie (Austin, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, December 5. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-3. Bowie lost 42-29 in their recent non-league match against Glenn (Leander, TX)

The Cougars now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shoemaker for a non-league game on Friday, December 5. Pflugerville Connally will confront a Wolves team coming off a 55-46 non-league loss to Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 10-2.
