Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX) and the host Palo Duro Dons (Amarillo, TX), witnessed Rains's basketball squad prevail over Palo Duro by a count of 59-50.

With the victory, Rains advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Midland Christian (Midland, TX) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Friday, December 5. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 5-1. Midland Christian won 38-37 in their recent non-league battle against Bushland (Bushland, TX)
