River Valley Falcons (Yuba City, CA) backers went home thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team thwart the visiting Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA), 73-65 in a non-league match.

With the victory, River Valley upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Falcons host Dixon (Dixon, CA) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Friday, December 5. The Rams enter the match with a record of 1-0. Dixon won 52-44 in their recent non-league match against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA)

In their next game, the Huskies confront the East Nicolaus Spartans (Nicolaus, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12. Sutter will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
