California High School Basketball - Biggs nips Willows

Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA) and the host Willows Honkers (Willows, CA), saw Biggs's basketball squad hold off Willows by a count of 47-44.

With the victory, Biggs upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Quincy (Quincy, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Quincy lost 74-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Portola (Portola, CA)

Next up, the Honkers play the Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Willows will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Cubs come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 48-43 non-league win over Durham (Durham, CA).
