The Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Christian Academy of Madison Defenders (Madison, IN), 68-39 in Monday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Eagles go into the Ohio River Valley test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Jac-Cen-Del walloped Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN), 67-54, in a league test.
The Defenders now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lighthouse Christian Academy for a Southern Roads test on Saturday, December 10. Christian Academy of Madison will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 61-45 non-league win over Eminence (Eminence, IN). The Lions record now stands at 3-0.
