The Michigan Collegiate Cougars basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Harper Woods Pioneers to 52 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle Collegiate for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9.

The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mumford (Detroit, MI). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Mumford was defeated by Rose Leadership Academy (Detroit, MI), 69-54, in a non-league contest.
