The Sioux Central Rebels (Sioux Rapids, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks (Hartley, IA), 67-49 in Monday's non-league test.
The Rebels (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA). The Warriors go into the Twin Lakes test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Alta-Aurelia notched a victory over Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA), 66-31, in a league test.
The Hawks now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire for a non-league test on Monday, December 12.
