The Universal Stars (Bridgeview, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions (Chicago, IL), 57-55 in Monday's non-league test.
The Stars (4-1) will now prepare for their test against College Prep of America (Lombard, IL). The Thunder go into the Metro Prep test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, College Prep of America was tipped by Shepard (Palos Heights, IL), 60-32, in a non-league test.
The Mountain Lions now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Pritzker for a Noble test on Wednesday, December 7.
