North Carolina High School Basketball - Thomas Jefferson can't hold off Piedmont Community Charter

The Piedmont Community Charter Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Thomas Jefferson Gryphons to 51 in the Patriots non-league victory on Monday.
The Patriots now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Tech for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Piedmont Community Charter will battle a Rams team coming off a 50-37 non-league win over Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.
The Gryphons (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Asheville was nudged by Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA), 86-27, in a non-league contest.
