Shadow Mountain Matadors (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lee Williams Volunteers (Kingman, AZ), 48-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Shadow Mountain upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Matadors travel to Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Volunteers clash with the Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Lee Williams will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
