Merced Bears (Merced, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Los Banos Tigers (Los Banos, CA), 60-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Merced upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Clovis North (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Clovis North won 36-22 in their recent non-league bout against Madera (Madera, CA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Davis Spartans (Modesto, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 6. Los Banos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
