Sycamore War Eagles (Pleasant View, TN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Montgomery Central Indians (Cunningham, TN), 59-16 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sycamore upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The War Eagles host Community (Unionville, TN) to play the Vikings/Viqueens in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Vikings/Viqueens come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Community won 50-43 in their recent non-league bout against Eagleville (Eagleville, TN)

Next up, the Indians play the Cheatham County Central Cubs (Ashland City, TN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Montgomery Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cubs come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 60-38 non-league win over Greenbrier (Greenbrier, TN).
