Lake Nona Lions (Orlando, FL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Astronaut War Eagles (Titusville, FL), 68-24 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lake Nona upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to University (Orlando, FL) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the War Eagles play the Cocoa Beach Minutemen (Cocoa Beach, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Astronaut will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Minutemen come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 47-45 non-league loss to Cocoa (Cocoa, FL).
