The Bishop LeBlond Eagles basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host St. Joseph Christian Lions to 36 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Bishop LeBlond will battle a team coming off a 50-38 non-league loss to Stewartsville (Stewartsville, MO). The record now stands at 2-2.

The Lions (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Harrison (Eagleville, MO). The Shamrocks come into the Grand River West contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, North Harrison was routed by Winston (Winston, MO), 55-53, in a non-league contest.
