The Gonzaga Eagles basketball team scored 96 points and restricted the host Blair Blazers to 37 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's Catholic Prep for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Gonzaga will battle a Vikings team coming off a 51-49 non-league win over Benedictine (Richmond, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
The Blazers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Magruder (Rockville, MD). The Colonels come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Magruder was routed by Wootton (Rockville, MD), 59-58, in a non-league contest.
