The Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals (Blue Island, IL) basketball nipped the host Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL), 60-55 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cardinals (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Richards (Oak Lawn, IL). The Bulldogs go into the South Suburban test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Richards was tipped by Lemont (Lemont, IL), 69-45, in a league test.

The Hawks now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Thornton Fractional South for a South Suburban test on Thursday, December 7.
