The Richmond Spartans basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Cameron Dragons to 52 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hogan Prep Charter for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 6. Richmond will battle a Rams team coming off a 77-58 non-league win over Cameron (Cameron, MO). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.

The Dragons (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lawson (Lawson, MO). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Lawson was defeated by Lathrop (Lathrop, MO), 39-36, in a non-league contest.
