Kentucky High School Basketball - Marshall County trounces Carlisle County

December 5, 2023: Benton, KY 42025

The Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY), 68-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Marshals (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Graves County (Mayfield, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.

The Comets now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hickman County for a District 1 test on Friday, December 8. Carlisle County will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 83-72 non-league loss to Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Falcons record now stands at 0-4.
