Maryland High School Basketball - Flowers topples Central

December 5, 2023: Springdale, MD 20774

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Flowers Jaguars (Springdale, MD) basketball squad beat the visiting Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD), by a count of 85-70.

The Jaguars (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Pumas go into the Prince George's County 4A outing with a 0-0 record.

The Falcons now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Potomac for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A outing on Thursday, December 7. Central will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 79-53 non-league loss to Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
