The Jackson Vikings basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Central Bearcats to 39 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pontiac for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Jackson will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 72-50 non-league win over Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI). The Phoenix record now stands at 2-0.
The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI). The Maroon Giants enter the Southwestern Michigan - East contest with a 0-0 record.
