Nebraska High School Basketball - Oakland-Craig tops Clarkson/Leigh

Oakland-Craig Knights (Oakland, NE) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE), 56-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Oakland-Craig upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Pender (Pender, NE) to play the Pendragons in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Pendragons come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Pender lost 51-20 in their recent non-league bout against Lutheran-Northeast (Norfolk, NE)

Next up, the Patriots play the Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers (Bancroft, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Clarkson/Leigh will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 71-63 non-league win over Omaha Nation (Macy, NE).
