North Carolina High School Basketball - Piedmont Community Charter knocked off by Community School of Davidson

December 5, 2023: Davidson, NC 28036

The Community School of Davidson Spartans basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots to 46 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain Island Charter for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores contest on Friday, December 8. Community School of Davidson will battle a Raptor team coming off a 77-76 non-league win over East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Raptor record now stands at 6-0.

The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Bradford Prep ran past Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC), 77-39, in a non-league contest.
