Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Jacksonville Titans (Jacksonville, AR), 46-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jonesboro upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Hurricane travel to Cordova (Cordova, TN) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Cordova won 76-50 in their recent non-league bout against Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Vilonia Eagles (Vilonia, AR) in a 5A Central bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Jacksonville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
