Little Axe Indians (Norman, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wayne Bulldogs (Wayne, OK), 59-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Little Axe upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Indians host Davis (Davis, OK) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Davis won 52-26 in their recent non-league bout against Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Geary Bison (Geary, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Wayne will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 56-38 non-league loss to Thomas-Fay-Custer (Thomas, OK).
