The Monroe Dragons basketball team (Monroe, OR), was overwhelmed 63-33 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR)
The Wolverines now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weston-McEwen for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Santiam will battle a TigerScots team coming off a 79-35 non-league win over Four Rivers (Ontario, OR). The TigerScots record now stands at 1-1.
The Dragons (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR). The Monarchs come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Umpqua Valley Christian was overwhelmed by Bandon (Bandon, OR), 68-18, in a non-league battle.
