Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA), 83-80 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mt. Lebanon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Pine-Richland lost 64-47 in their recent non-league bout against Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA)

Next up, the Tigers play the York Suburban Trojans (York, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. North Allegheny will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 86-60 non-league win over West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA).
