In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Symmes Valley Vikings basketball team scored a good 60-42 triumph over the River Valley Raiders.
In their next game, the Vikings meet the Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH) in a Southern Ohio II match, on Friday, December 8. Symmes Valley will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 71-60 non-league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY).
With the defeat, River Valley falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Raiders host Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV) to play the Big Blacks in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Big Blacks come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Point Pleasant won 54-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV)
