Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL), 50-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Reavis upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Shepard (Palos Heights, IL) to play the Astros in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Astros come into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Meteors play the Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Thornton Fractional North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
