The Academy of the New Church Lions (Bryn Athyn, PA) basketball crushed the host Jenkintown Drakes (Jenkintown, PA), 56-8 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA). The Raiders and Ragdolls go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Archbishop Ryan was trounced by Audenried (Philadelphia, PA), 70-29, in a non-league test.

The Drakes now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Calvary Christian Academy for a Bicentennial - Constitution test on Monday, December 11. Jenkintown will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 54-24 non-league loss to Sacred Heart Academy (Bryn Mawr, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
