The Big Sandy Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Hughes Springs Mustangs to 36 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harts Bluff for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Big Sandy will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-17 non-league loss to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-7.
