In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines (Eveleth, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Deer River Warriors (Deer River, MN), by a count of 89-49.
The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against North Branch (North Branch, MN). The Vikings go into the AAA Section 7 outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, North Branch was crushed by Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN), 66-55, in a non-league outing.
