The Doss Dragons basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Jeffersontown Chargers to 40 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dragons now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shawnee for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Doss will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 54-19 non-league win over Southern (Louisville, KY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-1.

The Chargers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mercy (Louisville, KY). The Jaguars enter the District 24 contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Mercy ran past Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY), 57-16, in a non-league contest.
