    In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Estacado Matadors basketball team scored a tight 58-55 triumph over the Plainview Bulldogs.

    In their next game, the Matadors meet the Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 8. Estacado will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 6-6 record after their 68-61 non-league loss to Randall (Amarillo, TX).

    With the defeat, Plainview moves to 7-9 on the year. The Bulldogs host Midland Legacy (Midland, TX) to meet the Rebels in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 12. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 6-8. Midland Legacy lost 70-49 in their recent non-league match against Seminole (Seminole, TX)
