Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Garden City Bearkats (Garden City, TX) and the host Sterling City Eagles (Sterling City, TX), saw Garden City's basketball squad knock off Sterling City by a count of 44-26.
With the victory, Garden City upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bearkats travel to Reagan County (Big Lake, TX) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7.
