North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions thwarts Sugar Creek

The Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC) basketball knocked off the host Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), 42-28 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Stallions (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC). The Runnin' Patriots go into the North Carolina Home Education - West test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Surry HomeSchool went down by South Guilford HomeSchool (High Point, NC), 37-23, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to West Mecklenburg for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Sugar Creek will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 65-16 non-league loss to Garinger (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 1-2.
