The South Fork Cubs basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Hayfork Timberjacks to 29 in the Cubs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cubs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Round Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. South Fork will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 46-34 non-league loss to Lower Lake (Lower Lake, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.
The Timberjacks (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dunsmuir (Dunsmuir, CA). The Tigers come into the Evergreen contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Dunsmuir dropped by Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 33-30, in a non-league contest.
