Lowell Devils (Lowell, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mapleton Sailors (Mapleton, OR), 45-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lowell upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Devils travel to Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Yoncalla lost 56-23 in their recent non-league bout against Eddyville (Eddyville, OR)

Next up, the Sailors play the Reedsport (Reedsport, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Mapleton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
