The Manitowoc Lincoln Ships basketball team (Manitowoc, WI), was nudged 47-45 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Oshkosh North Spartans (Oshkosh, WI)
The Spartans now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oshkosh West for a Fox Valley battle on Friday, December 8. Oshkosh North will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 72-35 league win over Appleton West (Appleton, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.
The Ships (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Ashwaubenon (Green Bay, WI). The Jaguars come into the Fox River Classic battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Ashwaubenon was nudged by Green Bay Southwest (Green Bay, WI), 48-31, in a league battle.
