California High School Basketball - Morro Bay crushes Pioneer Valley

December 5, 2023: Morro Bay, CA 93442

Morro Bay Pirates (Morro Bay, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pioneer Valley Panthers (Santa Maria, CA), 52-5 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Morro Bay upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Pirates host Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 3-6. Golden Valley lost 31-22 in their recent non-league bout against Taft (Taft, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Paso Robles Bearcats (Paso Robles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Pioneer Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
