The Van Buren Pointers (Van Buren, AR) basketball crushed the host Ozark Hillbillies (Ozark, AR), 53-23 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pointers (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Bethany (Bethany, OK). The Bronchos go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Bethany walloped Kingfisher (Kingfisher, OK), 49-34, in a league test.
The Hillbillies now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Acorn for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Ozark will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 63-51 league win over Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 12-3.
