Platteville Hillmen (Platteville, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shullsburg Miners (Shullsburg, WI), 74-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Platteville upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Hillmen travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, WI) to play the Flying Arrows in a Southwest Wisconsin bout on Thursday, December 7. The Flying Arrows go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Lancaster lost 66-47 in their recent non-league bout against New Glarus (New Glarus, WI)

Next up, the Miners play the Kickapoo Panthers (Viola, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Shullsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
